Strength training: movement of anything against re Strength training: movement of anything against resistance. It is an absolute essential to develop strength to perform any form of exercise. 
If you squat once right now, you have literally done strength training. If you do it 2ce tomorrow, you have progressed. 
Bodyweight #training is the best place to start a #workout regardless of age or weight. 
Add to it you dont need an equipment or a specific center. 
Here is a list of 6 exercises in an easy and a little intense form for you to try and kick forward your journey of #strength training. 
Confused on repetiton and sets?? Reps 1-5: build dense muscles
Reps 5-10: build muscle and size
Reps 10+: endurance, size and cardiovascular strength. 
Start with a comfy number, everything is adding up somewhere  1. Squats- take support of you feel tight going down. 
2. Push-Ups- make sure you complete 3 sets even if you have to keep your knees down.  The key is to complete the cycle. 
3. Dips: use a stool of moderate height if you have. Since it's a home set up, cant be demanding. 
4. Hip thrust: great way to bring body balance. Infact lets talk about hip opening workout in next video. 
5. Romanian Deadlift: tough one. Try taking some support to start with. 
6. Superman Pose: a gret movement to open your chest and tighten the core.
