Healthy drinks to lower the risk of cancer

With development and growing time, many technological advancements and medicines has been developed to fight against cancer, however, still it remains the number one cause of death due to a disease in the world.

As far as a lay man’s understanding, cancer is caused by many factors which includes basic things like our genes, our diet and our lifestyle habits. There are certain external factors like environmental pollutions, hereditary causes and radiations are beyond our control but diet and lifestyle issues are very well within our reach, therefore, it is true that by making minor alterations in the way we live and eat can very well help us in the prevention from the deadly cancer.
