Weight loss is much more than marathon runs, visionary foods or deprivation diets. Researchers worldwide have proven weight loss is about choices; choices that enrich and bliss life. Time constraints of corporate life often tend to restrict individuals from hitting out Gym or following a workout regime, and given the lean life, even the thought of weight loss seems like catastrophic. Individuals who are obese generally spend more money on medicinal drugs and tend to miss work more and are far less productive in comparison to fit individuals.
Lifestyle changes to break from Fat to Fit:-

Choosing Skimmed Mile over Full Cream, Salted Lemonade over a Fizz Drink, half a tablespoon Sugar over Full spoon are few basic changes that really help to break the buzz @ Work.
This category will find its place in all weight loss discussions. Trans Fat would top the list of enemies to weight loss; downshift the consumption of Tran’s fat and moreover to saturate fats. Choices like Olive Oil, Soya Oil, and Desi Ghee have better properties and benefits to the body in comparison to processed Oils.
One can surely takeout time to walk if he/she can’t make time to workout. Walking up to the grocery store, or to your office, to the metro station while travelling, walking for shopping, walking up to your favorite salon are miniature things that can change life dramatically. The idea is simple to push in physical activity whenever and wherever time and space allow you too. If you Drive to the GYM and do a 10 minutes warm up; it’s better to walk up to the Gym and save the time on warm up.
4. Avoid Triggers
The majority of the people who claim to smoke while at work are only using this as an excuse to kill time. Just Like smoke many others move towards munching, coffee or other fillers to kill time. While my profession as a freelancer, I always headed down to the kitchen to grab cookies as a breather to work. Triggers are calorie intakes you don’t need for energy and are mindless intakes. Accessing triggers and moving on to fruitful options like fat-Free snacking. Green tea, Taking a walk, Hand Grippers or fiddling with stress ball are options one can use to kill trigger intakes.

It is critical if you wish to lose the extra pounds you have already piled on. Exercising helps you stay more productive, efficient and also make you less prone to diseases.
6. Become INEFFICIENT
You would never even thought about this, but inefficiency is a blessing in disguise for your weight loss Goal. Rather than simply calling up the pantry guy for a glass of water, walk up to the water cooler and fill the glass. Instead of keeping a water Jug at your desk walk down to the pantry every time you feel thirsty. E-Commence might screw me for this but grocery and family essentials buying will also be considered as a physical activity.
